The Black Collegian (January 2009 -2nd Semester)
Today I picked up an interesting magazine called "The Black Collegian". On the front cover is President Elect Barack H. Obama! I only got to read a few pages as I rushed to class this afternoon, but i look forward to see the article on our new President Elect, and the magazine as a whole. I think it will be very intriguing to what seems to be an "African American Magazine". As soon as i finish reading tonight, i'll post my comments, and you guys can follow through with comments of your own!

That sounds like a plan, Derrick. I hope you will find "The Black Collegian" to be a great career resource. And isn't it wonderful to see Obama's face on so many magazine covers? My favorite is the cover of the Rolling Stone, but I also like the family portrait on the cover of the September 2008 Essence.

ReplyDeleteObama's coverage is eclipsing at the moment! I believe that is because most of America's support is behind him. So, extremists of the left and/or right will both have sad days to look forward to during his presidency.
